Payment Process

• We take a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking.
• The balance is due 10 weeks before your arrival date

House Restrictions

• Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome – there is an extra charge for dogs and they must sleep downstairs in the utility room
• Noise policy in place
• No fireworks
• Not suitable for stag parties

Disabled Facilities

• As there is no lift, stair lift or ground floor bedroom and bathroom Studland Bay House is not suitable for disabled staying guests. For day guest there is a portable ramp.

Arrival and Departure

• Check in 4 pm
• Check out 4 pm on a Sunday
• Check out 10 am on other days
